Triage; Assigning of priority to projects on a basis of where resources can are best used and where they are most likely to achieve desired results. In direct observation of the cyclical nature of growth/decay relationships, opportunities arise from the impermanent that ordinarily would not present themselves. Through a series of differential equations the parts observed from the initial condition are arranged by importance towards the relationship to the whole. Triage deals with decisions based upon chance presented by the results from the cycles of growth and decay. We use the constructed image as a vehicle for questioning ideas of progress.
