MAR. 13-16 GROUP SHOW: “CITY LOVE”

Hot off the heels of the stellar ANSER: CROWDED KINGDOM, #Hashtag Gallery continues it’s Toronto love affair with the group show CITY LOVE, March 13th to 16th.
Welcoming submissions from around the globe, 25+ artists will be on display, featuring art dedicated to the city we love so much.
“Obviously, Toronto is our home, and certainly something we should all be proud of, despite some negative attention we may or may not have received recently,” says co-owner Johnny Hollick, referencing the city’s beleaguered image at the hands of Mayor Ford. “This show is an opportunity to showcase the things we love, what we find beautiful and interesting about one of the best cities in the world.” He adds: “And in case you haven’t noticed, we’ve got some seriously world-class artists in our ranks. Seriously, just give us another reason to show off Toronto’s talents!”
Spanning styles, sizes, and, the show includes upwards of 50 pieces of work from both established and emerging artists, all priced under $300, meaning there is something available for everyone’s budget. “A big part of our mandate continues to be making art as accessible as possible, without sacrificing quality.”
